Mindful Mornings: Photography Walk and Observing Architecture
Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Mindful Mornings at the Institute for Contemporary Art at VCU’s Markel Center, 601 W. Broad St., is a free weekend program that pairs mindfulness practices with the goal of fostering well-being and a deeper connection to the natural world. This month’s Mindful Morning exercise explores architecture as muse, using the built environment as a lens for stillness, symmetry and storytelling. Through a camera lens, even the everyday becomes extraordinary.
