The late nights in the lab, the tired eyes searching for answers to the most vexing questions, the innovators who make up our research community are the ones who drove VCU to cross institutional boundaries and break records in FY25. At the annual State of the Research, President Michael Rao, Ph.D., will open the event with a formal welcome and introductory remarks, setting the stage for our discussion on VCU’s role and journey as a premier research institution. Srirama Rao will reflect on VCU’s monumental year, but more importantly will discuss his vision for the future for our enterprise. The address will be in the Lecture Hall, Room 303, James Branch Cabell Library, 901 Park Ave. A reception will follow at VCU's Scott House, 909 W. Franklin St. Register at the following URL.
