Parking Deck Subscribers To Relocate During Graduations
Upcoming high school graduations will create interruptions to parking from May 27-29 (Wednesday-Friday). From May 27-29, all West Broad Street Deck subscribers will relocate to the West Cary Street Deck, 1101 W. Cary St.; Jefferson Street Deck, 100 S. Jefferson St.; Henry Street Deck, 200 N. Henry St.; or West Main Street Deck, 801 W. Main St. West Broad Street Deck subscribers may relocate to the above listed locations if preferred, but are not required.
A dedicated shuttle service will be provided by Parking and Transportation from May 27-29 (Wednesday-Friday) to transport subscribers to and from on-campus locations. RamSafe shuttles will run continuously to and from the West Cary Street Deck, Jefferson Street Deck, Harrison and Franklin streets, Franklin and Laurel streets, and Shafer and Franklin streets from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. If a VCU parking subscriber needs transportation between the hours of 6:31 p.m. and 6:29 a.m., they can place a ride request through the RamSafe using the Ride Pingo app.
Reciprocal parking will not be permitted on the West Broad Street May 27-29. MCV Campus subscribers may park on the West Cary Street Deck, Jefferson Street Deck, Henry Street Deck, or West Main Street Deck.

America To Go Catering Training Begins May 27

VCU Procurement Services is moving into the next phase of the America To Go (ATG) catering implementation with upcoming virtual training sessions for campus departments and event planners. These sessions will include a live demonstration of the ATG RealSource e-catalog, ordering guidance, compliance expectations, billing workflows and a Q&A segment. Fun, Beginner-Friendly AI Course Coming Fall 2026 (New Gen Ed and Practical AI Minor Course)
EDUS 268 – Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Education will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m.–12:15 p.m. in Room 0440, Hibbs Hall, 900 Park Ave. This Fall 2026 course is part of the VCU General Education Curriculum and the Practical AI Minor. Play with AI, learn with fun, be future-ready with AI, no coding experience required, low-pressure learning environment. This is a hybrid-synchronous course with two meetings each week: one online synchronous session will include a discussion about AI and machine learning applications in teaching and learning, assessment policy and research. One in-person session in which students will explore AI tools and create projects that apply AI/ML to real-world problems. No quizzes. Instead, students will work in teams to explore, develop and propose an AI/ML-based idea to address a real-world problem. This course is designed to be a hands-on, beginner-friendly AI playground for students from different backgrounds.

Healthy Volunteers Needed
Join our VCU Health Clinical Research Study today. We’re seeking healthy adult volunteers to participate in a first in-human clinical trial to evaluate the safety and tolerability of single ascending doses of investigational study drug. This clinical trial study will last 28 days. PI: Alpha A. Fowler, M.D. Eligibility criteria: Participants must be 18-65 years old, in good general health with no clinically significant medical conditions. This study is seeking individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 years who have GAD or symptoms of GAD. The purpose of this research study is to examine the effect of cold water immersion on GAD symptoms with specific focus on blood vessel function.
