Researchers in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences are looking for healthy women ages 18–50 to help advance our understanding of how exercise and noninvasive brain stimulation may affect anxiety and overall well-being. This study is inviting individuals between the ages of 18 and 24 with poor sleep. Compensation is up to $50. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of aerobic and resistance exercise on cardiovascular responses and vascular inflammation.
